How to Set a Pomodoro Timer

  1. First, pick a specific task you want to work on.
  2. The timer is already set to 25 minutes to start your first Pomodoro session. In this time interval, you must be focused on just one thing.
  3. Work on your task until the timer rings.
  4. Now take a 5-minute break and relax your mind.
  5. Start another 25-minute Pomodoro session after a short break.
  6. Lastly, take a 15-minute long break when you complete 4 Pomodoro sessions.
